James E. McHugh*, CFP®

Jim has worked in the financial services industry since 2001 after graduating from Dartmouth College with his Bachelor's degree.  He is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Taxation through the University of Cincinnati.  Jim currently holds his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses. He is also a certified financial planner™. 

He built his background in various financial disciplines and with financial institutions to better understand the financial advisory landscape.  Previous roles included: Personal Trust Administration at Fifth Third Private Bank, Private Wealth Management at JPMorgan, and Sales and Trading at Citigroup.  Jim specializes in helping families coordinate their wealth management needs, with a focus on how to effectively understand the myriad accumulation, retirement, and risk management strategies that exist today.            

Outside of work, Jim stays actively involved in various community organizations, including the Cincinnati Rotary Club and the Dartmouth Alumni Association of Cincinnati, where he serves as a committee member for alumni relations.  Jim is married with three children who also keep him busy all year!
